Quantitatively, funnel of new registered users to active users has the huge drop (<30% - 96/331 users)

Review the behaviour (what users did) of drop users and define all pattern below:


- Exploration without action β users register but donβt take any next steps
- Looping flows β they click around menus trying to find the right feature
- Form abandonment at pay β they submit form but back out when facing the payment button
